Tip of the Day 2/24/11
Keep 2 threaded sewing needles in the area where you dress, one black and one white thread. If a button is loose or a hem is coming out you can quickly stitch it up without having to change clothes or hunt down a needle and thread. If you don't know these basic skills, learn them. Everyone, male or female should know how to do this. You can find instructions by googling.
That is a great idea. Now that I am working on the road I definitely need to learn this. Dee, can you come up with a 'Survival Kit' for normal unexpected things that could go wrong for the average road warrior. I was thinking of everything in the kit would have to fit in a Altoids tin. Are you up to the challenge?
