Tip of the Day 7/27/11

Here is a website and some tips to help fight off those mid summer lazies. Let's get fit for Fall.

Create a backyard obstacle course for the kids (and maybe even you), at ymca.net/healthyfamilyhome/downloads.html

Drink lots of fluids and use sunscreen when outside. Don't forget to keep your pets hydrated as well.
