Tip of the Day 7/8/11

The main course for our awesome summer meal we are preparing this week is a Chorizo-Shrimp Burger. This can be served on slider buns or just with lightly fried corn tortillas on the side. 1 tube Chorizo, 4-6 oz. shrimp-chopped fine, 3-4 scallions chopped fine, 1 egg-mix well, form into patties, lightly fry in small amount of olive oil. Top with quacamole.
